Some people have asked me to make a list of these. So, here it is. It's alphabetical, and it is NOT limited to just these. The only mythicals you cannot use are Gods and Goddesses, and anyone who tries to will be banned for not listening.
All information is either from Eaudrey or Wikipedia. Anything that I have personally added will be in italics. Links for more info will be on the side.

A serpent with wings. It is said to guard Frankincense trees in Arabia.

A serpent with two heads, and eyes that glow. From the Greek "goes both ways."

Angels are messengers normally from heaven- generally depicted as winged human figures.

Early Basilisks were described as small snakes with a crest on the head like a crown (from the Greek "basilieus" meaning king, as in "king of snakes".) The basilisk was extremely poisonous and even its breath or glare could be fatal.In Heraldry, it is mostly the same as a Cockatrice, sometimes differentiated by an additional head (often a dragon) at the end of the tail.
- Bird of Paradise :: Eaudrey
Beautiful birds with colorful plumage, long tail feathers, and no feet. Some versions say they are wingless.
- Bunyip :: Eaudrey - Wikipedia
This is an Australian monster. It exists in Aboriginal stories and art, as well as in modern reports. Descriptions vary widely- the Aborigines describe it as having tusks, flippers, and a tail like a horse. The Aboriginal Bunyip lived in or near water such as creeks and pools from dried up river beds (billabongs.)
The Bunyip is supposed to emerge at night to prey on animals, and women and children. It gives a loud bellowing cry if approached. When the Aborigines hear the cry, they stay away from the water.
More recent accounts vary widely in their descriptions, ranging from hairy, scaled, feathered, fur, long tail, long neck, horse head, bird head etc...

A white bird that can predict if a sick person will live or die. If the person is going to die, the bird will look away; if the person is to live, the bird can draw the sickness into itself and then fly into the air, dispersing it.
- Calopus :: Eaudrey
A goat-like creature with serrated horns. It has a snout like a boar, a beard like a goat, tail and teeth like a lion. It has cloven hoofs in front, and back feet like a dragon. The calopus can use the horns to cut through thickets or even fell trees.

Gorgons have different descriptions, but all are unusually hideous. In Greek myth, gorgon were women who had serpents instead of hair. Another version was a specific creature called a Catoblepas.

Cerberus, in Greek mythology, was a 3-headed hound, with a snake for a tail. Alternatively, he is described as having 50 heads, or 3 heads with a mane of snakes. In most pictures though, he appears with 3 heads.

Cherubim is the plural of cherub. They are winged beings, sometimes portrayed as a child, or a child's head. Descriptions from the Scripture differ- describing them as in the shapes of men, eagles, oxen, lions or a combination of them. There are two gold cherubs on the cover of the Ark of the Covenant. The cherubim of heraldry and art are different that those described in the Scriptures.

Monster with three heads- a goat, a lion, and a dragon (or serpent) for a tail. The Chimera supposedly breathed fire. In Greek mythology, it was a female monster killed by Bellerophon (with the help of Pegasus.)

A dragon's form, but with a rooster's head. Sometimes described as having red to black eyes.

Dragons are found in the myths of many cultures, and appear in many different configurations. The name comes from the Greek "draconta" which means "to watch." Often, dragons are portrayed as guarding an object or a particular area.

There are a couple descriptions for Griffins: one is that it is part bird and part lion. Sometimes it is specified as part lion, part eagle. Occasionally, it is represented as a lion's body with an eagles head (without wings.) Griffins are frequently large, capable of carrying a man and horse, or an elephant, in its talons. The term Griffin is also used to describe a large bird.

There are different versions of the Lamia: one is a female demon who, in the form of a beautiful women, entices and eats children.
Another version is that have the face and breast of a woman, and the rest of the body like a serpent; although they could not speak, their hissing was pleasing. They would lure in strangers, and then eat them.

The body of a tiger, and the head of an old man with horns. Sometimes the horns are shown more like those of an ox, or the feet more like a dragon's. This creature was mostly found in medieval heraldry.

Seraphim (plural of Seraph) are an order of angels with fervent zeal and religious ardor. They are described as having three pairs of wings, one of which covers their faces as a token of humility, one of which covers their feet as a token of respect and one of which allows them to fly.

A winged variety of the dragon, with 2 bird-like legs. The Wyvern frequently has a barbed tail.

The size of a horse or a hippopotamus, with the tail of an elephant, and a black color. The horns are about 2 feet long.
