"Yah, it's better, trust me." She rolled over onto her stomach and started to watched the shadows dance. She smirked, she started ot hum an old lullabye her sister sang to her as a baby. She ahd forgotten the words, but it was about the darkness. So she remembered it.

The sound drew his eye to her, the melody she hummed out soothing and burning deep within his memory. He propped himself up on one arm, peering over at her through the darkness that seemed to grow thickened by the second. All sounds beside the tune emitting from her throat were silenced to his ears.

she noted the fact the darkness was growing. She gave a sharp snap and the darkness started to fade. "This is what I love about the night, I can make it as long as I want," she thought contently. The night started to fade, and it was 9:00, not as dark, but now the stars were still there. She smiled.
She stopped humming and closed her yes, she listened to the wund as it brushed by, messingup her bangs and making them fall into her face.

"Mm." He settled back on the ground, head cushioned by soft plant-life as he lifted up his hand. Concentrating, a turquoise mist forming around his arm, twining between his fingers as he worked to shape it. Gradually the temperature dropped enough to make the ice form.
A stem, like that of a flower, began configuring, tiny leaves suddenly bursting into full ones from the ice. It really hadn't took as long as he believed it might to finish constructing the petals, completing the rose of ice.
"Hey," he said quietly to get her to open her eyes, holding the rose between his middle, forefinger, and thumb. Apocalypse then held it out to her, not sure why he made it.

She quietly opened her eyes. She smirked, "that's really pretty Apoclalypse." She said not getting the hint. She engulfed the ice flower with shaodws, then, yet again, she snapped her fingers. The ice flower that was in front of her, was now a REAL flower. She winked at him. "Isn't the real thing nice too?"
She closed her eyes and the flower turned back into an ice scultpture.

"Sorry, never seen a flower before today that wasn't in deep freeze," he replied with a shrug. "All plant-life back in my old home was completely frozen. It's quiet different out here."
Apocalypse sighed, shutting his eyes as the breeze rolled over his skin, tumbling through his tangled hair that needed to be brushed someday. It was still too tepid out here for his tastes, in reality, since it had never been above thirty-two Fahrenheit nor over zero Celsius in his old home town.

"That's one I have never heard before," she said with a giggle. Though, she never had human contact, so she wouldn't have heard much. She sighed, more bangs fell into her face, there were now three skinny bangs covering her eyes. "Yeah, well plants are all you see here." She had calmed down from the giggles already.

"It's nice out here and all," he mumbled, "but it just isn't somewhere I could call home. It doesn't seem anywhere is where I can truly claim I belong." Apocalypse had the memories of his faults, of being exiled from his originating lands.
Those thoughts struck up a temperature drop around him, hate raging through his veins until he remembered he was in the presence of another, severing the effect so it's stay warm. Being polite. That was one of the most irritating things he had ever had to do.

"I don't really remember where I came from, and if I did, it would be somewhere where there was shadow all around." She explained. She closed her eyes, and soon, as it became morning, the shadows started to leave.

Apocalypse squinted at the golden rays that began peeking out through tree limbs, blinding him momentarily. The sight of it force a sigh past his lips, along with it one word muttered with loathing, "C'zhakrthugo."
The morning, he thought, would be worse than the night had been, forcing the temperature around him down. A tiny azure light burned in front of him, and he grinned at it. Such an irritating little glow. Waving his hand to it, he dismissed it from his vision, sitting up and listening to his back pop a few times from how he had been laying.

She looked at him with "his" look. The one he gave to her when she was acting wierd, and ths was the perfect moment to shoot it back at him. She sighed and snapped and she disappeared. Then she reappeared sitting on a branch in a tree.

"Are you having fun?" he asked, peering up at her and a hiss, much like that of a snake, followed on his last word. He had angered himself remembering his old town, and it wouldn't be surprising if he shot all his venomous thoughts at her rather than be mature about it.
That town had exiled him. That town had torn his family away from him. He shouldn't have been exiled when it was their fault. Letting out a breath, he settled his elbow on his leg and balanced his chin on the palm of his hand.

"Hey, Mr. Grumpy Ass, don't take it out on me," she said shooting black electricity at his feet. She scowled. "What a friendship this would be," she thought. She sat up leaning against the tree. "If you wanna stay cold, I adivse you leave and come back at night."

Apocalypse snorted, a bluish aura rising around him. "Zap me again and my adoptive father might not be the only one in deep freeze," he warned her, laying back and glaring at the bright dome. If he could take a few deep breaths, he'd be able to get himself calmed down.
Inhaling, he held in the oxygen until he thought it'd kill him to anymore, then exhaled, repeating it over a few times. Along with settle his nerves, this would very well make him light headed.

"Well we're glad to see you back to normal," she replied sarcastically. "You wouldn't deep freeze me... would you?" She was serious now. She was somewhat nervous, she didn't want to be in deep freeze, that would be bad.
